We are taken aback to learn about your unfortunate experience with our reception team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how crucial first impressions are. We are committed to offering a welcoming and efficient service at ibis Brussels Airport, and it saddens us to hear that we fell short in this instance. Nonetheless, we would like to take this opportunity to highlight the convenience of our hotel's location, situated just a few minutes from Brussels International Airport and with easy access to the city center and local attractions, ensuring a seamless stay for our guests. The rooms were really clean and the hotel was near the airport which was very convenient for me.
