Dear Chujun, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Novotel Frankfurt City. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location and the quiet surroundings. It is wonderful to know that you had a very good overall experience and were satisfied with the cleanliness, breakfast, WiFi, and value for money. At the same time, I would like to thank you for bringing the issue with the bathroom drain to our attention. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the unpleasant odor. Please be assured that we will investigate this with our maintenance team, as this is not the standard we aim to provide for our guests.
