This was my second time staying here. I loved it. The staff where very nice and kind. The hotel is close to most places. It' close to the tram and Train station. Easy to connect alot of places. The rooms very clean and cosy. We enjoyed our stay. I know I will always stay here if in Frankfurt

Excellent staff, beautiful room. They are so helpful and kind. They also help to keep luggage in storage if you need it. And it's safe. Close to the train station and Alot of places to eat. It's a very clean cosy hotel.

Staff not even willing to do the bare minimum - horrible attitude

I don't think I have stayed at an Accor hotel with such lazy, entitled and apathetic staff. The staff are completely disinterested in doing the bare minimum job and would rather just stay behind the desk and look at their phones. I was completely disappointed to see the level of staff incompetence at a supposedly 4 star Accor brand. I do realize that in Europe every 4 star is like a 3 star in the Middle East or Southeast Asia, but this was disappointing. I think the worst staff member is this Iranian girl with a bad attitude. She pretty much does not want to help or provide any semblance of service. I witnessed several incidents with different guests where she pretty much dismissed them and ignored them until they left. These were basic questions like can you call the attendants to clean the room, or that the bathroom was flooding but she just said they will take care of it and ignored them. Staff are more likely to be outside taking a smoke break. The only good staff were the two Indian gentlemen who were courteous and helpful. I think the Manager really needs to properly evaluate his staff.

Old hotel - disinterested staff

The rooms are old and tired, they may have been renovated but this was years ago or the renovation job was poor. In mine there was a large cement pillar placed awkwardly in the middle of the room. The bathroom is also old. The chair and desk uncomfortable, the bed too soft. As usual the AC was not properly set and the rooms was uncomfortably hot. The staff was not interested, refused to speak in English and was generally cold and not welcoming.
