Hi healeddoughnut, Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal guest at our hotel. We greatly value your opinion and appreciate you sharing your experience. I’d like to clarify a few points regarding the parking. In addition to our underground car park, we also offer complimentary outdoor parking spaces on the hotel property. The €20 fee for the underground parking is a special rate for our house guests and applies per night, regardless of the arrival and departure time. This pricing structure allows us to maintain and operate the garage while keeping costs fair and transparent. We operate on a user-pays principle to avoid including parking fees in the room rate, which would also charge guests who arrive via other means of transport, such as public transportation or bicycles. Furthermore, we regularly analyze market rates around the hotel and are proud to offer parking prices that are lower than the average for both hourly and overnight rates in the area. We understand your concerns and hope this information provides some clarity. If you have any further suggestions or feedback, please don’t hesitate to share. Dear lauraparke926, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the experience you had with the breakfast service during your stay. It seems there was a miscommunication regarding the timing, which understandably led to frustration, especially with children involved. The team in the restaurant was simply trying to inform you of the buffet closing time to avoid any surprises when food is cleared at 10:30, but I understand this message may not have been communicated in the best way, and I apologize for that. I also regret that this situation wasn't handled more proactively at the time. We strive to provide excellent service, and I’m sorry we fell short of your expectations on this occasion.
