Kamer mer twee eenpersoonsbedden was kamer met een bed en een sofa opgesteld als bed en veel te hard. Badkamer, spiegel op buikhoogte, bad en douche meer voor kinderen dan volwassen mensen. Hotel speciaal geboekt omdat ons klein hondje in het restaurant mocht na bevestiging via telefoon, echter ter plaatse verboden toegang tot restaurant. Buffet eerste avond aan 39 Euro per persoon was gewoon niet goed. Geen fles water op de kamer zoals verwacht van een 4-sterren hotel.

Hello Mr. D., thank you for your detailed feedback. We are very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. For your specific room request, we truly did everything that was possible. Due to hygiene reasons and to guarantee allergy-friendly rooms, dogs are only permitted on our 1st floor, while all regular twin rooms are located on the 7th floor. To accommodate both needs, we assigned you one of our accessible and significantly larger corner rooms on the 1st floor. Since this room does not include a second standard bed, we prepared one of our new, more comfortable sofa beds instead. We regret that the sleeping comfort was not what you had hoped for. The combination of a twin room booking with a dog is extremely uncommon for us, and I will have our system reviewed so that this combination can be blocked entirely for future bookings to ensure full transparency. I sincerely apologize that the information you received by phone regarding both the room setup and the restaurant policy was not clear enough. Since the summer, dogs are no longer permitted inside the restaurant due to several problematic situations. As an alternative, and depending on availability, our Novo² area may be used; breakfast there is almost always possible with a dog, and guests may still use the main breakfast buffet as usual. I have once again instructed our team to communicate this accordingly. I am also sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the dinner buffet. With regard to water in the room: in Germany, complimentary bottled water is not part of the official 4-star standard. Our tap water is fully safe to drink and of excellent quality, equal or superior to bottled water. Those who prefer mineral water can purchase it at any time from our 24/7 lobby kiosk. laat in de avond aangekomen met een baby (was al aangegeven bij de boeking), we kregen alleen sleutels uitgereikt en verder geen info mbt ontbijt/tijden enzovoort. Totaal niet gastvrij en vriendelijk. Vervolgens hebben wij late check out aangevraagd welke goedgekeurd was bij de boeking maar alsnog stonden de schoonmakers om 11 uur in de ochtend midden in de kamer.

Good option for a short stay if traveling with kids.

Hello Ms. T., Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our hotel for your family stay. I’m glad to hear that you found the value for money good and that we were a suitable option for your trip with kids. I’m truly sorry, however, that the air conditioning in your room didn’t perform as expected — and especially that you felt the issue wasn’t handled with enough care by our reception team. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing this point internally. During your stay, we were experiencing an extreme heatwave in Frankfurt, with outside temperatures reaching up to 38 °C during the day and staying above 22 °C at night. While our AC systems do function properly, they have technical limits — under such conditions, achieving room temperatures below 25–26 °C can unfortunately be challenging. That said, your experience should still have been handled more attentively, and I appreciate you pointing it out. We’ll work with the team to ensure that every guest feels both supported and heard. Easy access to public transports. Good hotel for children, with ice cream as a welcome bonus for children. Close to the supermarket. The room is considerably spatious for family of four.
