Niet voor herhaling vatbaar ... bij aankomst was mijn kamer al door Spaanse mensen ingenomen. Eten in restaurant allesbehalve ok. Bij aankomst alles betaald, ook parking en bij vertrek moest ik zogenaamd parking bijbetalen hoewel om 9 H vertrokken ... uiteraard geweigerd en dan toch "vrijgeleide-kaart " gekregen om weg te rijden ....kom vaak nr Frankfurt, niet meer bij jullie, hoewel ligging hotel prima is ...

I am truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations and that several issues overshadowed your visit. The situation you describe upon arrival, where your assigned room was already occupied, should never happen and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. This is clearly not the level of organization and care we aim to provide our guests. I am equally sorry to hear that the restaurant experience did not meet your expectations. Feedback like yours is taken very seriously and helps us to review processes and quality together with our kitchen and service teams. Regarding the parking situation, I understand how confusing and annoying this must have felt, especially after already having settled your bill. I regret that this was not communicated clearly and that you were confronted with this discussion at departure. Even if the issue was resolved in the end, this should have been handled in a much smoother and more transparent way. It is particularly disappointing to read that, despite appreciating our location, you would not consider staying with us again. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared internally and is seen as an opportunity to improve our service and procedures. Thank you again for your openness. Prima locatie, alles ligt dichtbij het hotel. De kinderen hebben ook genoten van het verblijf. Enige wat we jammer vonden is dat de prijs voor het ontbijt richting de prijzige kant was en al helemaal omdat hrt per dag 25 euro is. All in all hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf. De medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk en begrijpelijk.

Children up to the age of 15 have breakfast free of charge when staying and dining together with their parents. Nevertheless, we fully understand that the headline price can still appear high at first glance, and your feedback helps us reflect on how we communicate this benefit more clearly. prima hotel, schone kamer maar niet super comfortabel. uiteraard ligt het aan d. locatie in beurstijd, maar d. prijzen zijn echt bizar hoog voor wat je krijgt.
