I stayed at ibis London Luton Airport recently and had such a good experience. Sinead at reception was honestly so lovely — really friendly, chatty, and made me feel welcome straight away. Check-in was quick and easy. I also met Carlos the manager, who was just as great. He was approachable and professional, and you can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a good stay. Overall, it was such a smooth and comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone flying from Luton 💖

Stayed the night before we flew. I have to say the room is not good considering the reason people are staying is either just before they fly or when they return. The cases had nowhere to go in the very small bedroom and we seemed to be moving them around to get around the room. The cleanliness was not the best and the bath was not clean at all. However, the staff and food were lovely.

Welcoming atmosphere and everything you need for a quick overnight. Easy flat walk to the airport building. Special shout out to Meron who checked us in and out due to staff shortages, a smile on his face after a very long shift. Will definitely be back.

The ibis London Luton is a clean and comfortable hotel, well located close to the airport, which makes it very convenient for early flights. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I would like to acknowledge Martyna from reception for her professionalism and helpful attitude, including her recommendations for nearby vegetarian restaurants, which were very appreciated. Overall, a good hotel in a practical location near the airport. I would stay here again.

Fabulous staff but a rather basic, soulless place and I don’t like the walk from the shuttle train to the hotels, the airport set up is not pedestrian friendly dragging a suitcase. Although very clean there are maintenance issues. 3 of the 4 bedhead lights did not work and the kettle had a loose connection. Food very average. But the staff could not have been more welcoming and hard working.
