avr. 2025 Too expensive for the quality No a/c Privilege room just on top of the terrasse where people hangout until 5:00 am. I asked to the front desk to ask them to be a little quiet, nothing. No a/c = windows opened = cigarette smell in the room. So, I paid 2371€ for a deceptive experience. For the 1/3 of the price it would be ok.

The room was smaller than expected and didn’t match the photos online. It felt a bit misleading and disappointing. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Overall, it could use some improvements.

- At the time of writing (August 2024), there are renovations with scaffolding on the outside. You have to draw your curtains if you don't want to be seen. - When I arrived at 0100, reception could not check me in for ten minutes. I guess that it was an IT problem. - The WiFi is pretty slow + My room was quiet and comfortable + The location is central, without being noisy + The staff were very friendly and welcoming I would happily stay here again.

I am used to come here sometimes for few days. Location is good ok, room is good ok, but why a single breakfast without hot dishes this morning cost 25Eur / persons? Even some palace do not ask for so much. I was gonna stay maybe 2 or 3 more nights. I will finally go to Marriott on the side of the lake.

Dear pr0duitsd, thank you very much for your honest words! We have an "all you can eat" breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes, desserts, coffee specialties (a single cappuccino in a café costs €4.50), juices, yogurt, muesli and fruits. Every guest can eat their fill for €25. If there are no hot dishes on the buffet due to low numbers of guests, these can easily be ordered fresh from the staff. We also put up an information board about this. Have you seen the board? You are welcome to try to get a cheaper room facing the lake at the Marriott: breakfast costs 26€. Feel free to tell us what you liked better at the Marriott! Kind regards

Stayed at this hotel for one night only. The reason I made the booking was because the pictures looked nice on hotels.com, and for the main reason that there was parking. When I came to the hotel I had to use a car-elevator to get to an extreamly tight parking spot. Scary as f… to drive in to the elevator with a Tesla that almost didn’t fit. The reception, bar and breakfast room is nice, but the room had a strange smell and did not match the rest of the hotel. It was ok for one night, but I will not return.
