Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to let us have your feedback concerning your visit to our hotel. We're delighted to hear that you appreciated the unique blend of modern amenities within our historical building and enjoyed your room's generous size. It's also wonderful to know that our location allowed for pleasant riverside strolls into the city center. We take pride in the authentic ambiance our monastery hall provides during breakfast and are glad it added to your experience. Regarding the mattress firmness, we strive to cater to various guest preferences and offer a pillow menu for added comfort. While bathrobes and slippers are a standard provision in our Privilege rooms, we're always happy to supply additional amenities upon request at reception. Dear Christian, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are sorry to hear that your dining buffet experience for your sportive group did not meet your expectations. We strive to offer a variety of homemade dishes for each group, including other dessert choices such as crème brulée, fresh fruit or chocolate mousse. However, we're sorry that our homemade spaghetti sauce wasn't to your liking. We will certainly take your comments into consideration and work on improving our menu offerings.
