We are pleased to read that you had a good experience and that our team made such a professional and friendly impression. It is also nice to know that your Privilege Room was comfortable for your stay and that the included minibar was a pleasant addition. While we are not located directly in the old town, our hotel offers a quieter setting with good public transport connections nearby. With the Guest Mobility Ticket, our guests can use local transport during their stay, which makes reaching the city center easy and convenient. Thank you also for your honest note regarding the room size. We are glad, however, that the layout worked well for you and that you felt comfortable overall. A room should be cleaned thoroughly every day, and essentials such as coffee and sugar should never have to be requested. I also understand that leaving laundry bags visible in the corridor throughout the day did not create the impression we want our guests to have. Thank you for bringing these points to our attention. It is nice to read that you had an overall pleasant stay and that the booking process, arrival and accommodation were positively rated. Regarding our location, we are indeed not directly in the middle of the old town, but still close enough to reach it on foot in around 15 minutes, while being a little away from the busiest and noisier areas. In addition, the Guest Mobility Ticket is available for our guests throughout their stay and offers a convenient way to use public transport in Salzburg.
