Dear Mr. A., Thank you for choosing our hotel for a fifth stay. For that reason, it is especially concerning to read that you experienced a noticeable decline in our service. Bed linen reported as dirty should have been replaced immediately, not simply remade. I will review how your request was handled with our housekeeping team. Likewise, your previous messages and the invoice error affecting your ALL account should not have remained unanswered. I will trace the correspondence and have the invoice and account posting checked so that you receive a clear response.
