Cinquième séjour dans cet hôtel. La décoration intérieure a été refaite. C'est un choix... Mais constat navré d'une baisse certaine de la qualité de service. Exemples : Les draps ne sont pas changés quand on le demande parce qu'ils sont sales mais simplement remis en place. L'hôtel ne répond pas aux messages qu'on lui envoie (lorsque cela lui coûte..)

Tout a merveilleusement bien commencé grâce à l'accueil que nous avons eu à notre arrivée. Explication pour aller au centre ville, transports en commun offerts, très bons conseils sur la Salzburg card. La chambre était vaste, très propre, bien climatisée. Le petit-déjeuner buffet avait beaucoup de choix et il était possible de le prendre dans le jardin.

Deux bus vous conduisent en centre-ville (4 par heure). Chambre assez petite mais bien pensée. Salle de bain confortable. Ménage très bien fait. Chambre privilège, minibar offert.

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour de trois nuits au Mercure Salzbourg. Les points positifs : l'accueil a été excellent. Le personnel est très aimable, professionnel et disponible. L'hôtel est bien situé, dans un quartier calme. Nous avions une chambre spacieuse donnant sur le parking, ce qui la rendait relativement calme. En revanche, quelques points sont à améliorer. La salle de bain est assez vieillotte et ne correspond pas, selon nous, au standing attendu d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. De plus, pendant nos trois nuits sur place, la chambre n'a jamais été aspiré. Le couloir du premier étage des sacs de linge sale restaient visibles du matin jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi, ce qui donnait une impression de manque d'entretien. Enfin, nous avons dû demander à ce que le café et le sucre de la chambre soient réapprovisionnés, car cela avait été oublié. Malgré ces quelques remarques, notre séjour s'est bien déroulé et nous avons apprécié l'accueil ainsi que le calme de l'établissement.

Bel hôtel, bon petit déjeuner mais restaurant moyen (pizza surgelée alors qu'il est écrit sur le menu qu'elles sont faites maison) et pas de machine à café dans les chambres
