This is a very nice hotel located in the city center. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms are very nice and clean, well equipped. Staff is very friendly and english speaking. When driving to the hotel parking house you have to enter the pedestrian zone on the right side of the hotel and will see the entrance right away around the corner. The only bad experience is the parking house. My car is bigger and wider - the entrance very narrow as well as the exit and steep, there are no signs which way to exit so I ended up on a pavement and damaged my car - although I'm a very experienced driver.

being an Accor member, we had a reservation in this hotel. Due to accident on highway, the road was closed so we were in stand still for 5 hours. Since this was still in Belgium we were not able to arrive in Colmar that day. Contacted the hotel to explain. I do understand we had a non-refundable rate. But thought that since we planned to return at the end of the month maybe the money I paid could be used for this upcoming stay. Was not even able to explain my situation, the guy on the phone was super rude!!!!! Something we are not accustomed in Accor hotels.! We at least expected a little politeness!!!

We are due to stay there this weekend, we have stayed there a few times in the past with no issues. However on this occasion, after paying for the accommodation, only then did I get a notification via booking.com that the sauna is unavailable this moment. Their policy clearly states that it's unavailable from Feb 2025. Beware, if booking this hotel at this time and you are expecting to use the sauna. We have used it and really liked it, and were looking forward to using it during our stay. Had we been notified when we originally booked our room, we would have reconsidered our hotel.

Great Position For The Old Town

We stayed here for the Christmas Markets and found it an ideal place on the edge of the old town. We travelled by public transport and found it very easy from the rail station (Buses A & B pass the door). Check in was easy and efficient as was check out. The room was of a reasonable size and clean. Bed was large and very comfortable. The shower was exc ellently powerful and hot. Toiletries were standard Accor and sufficient quality. Breakfast was plentiful and kept fresh. All staff we encountered were polite and helpful. For drivers there is an underground car park.
