We have stayed many times at this hotel. Sadly, when we woke up on the last morning the carpet was soaking wet over most of the floor area. Because of this, we packed up and left the room early. The staff on reception, when we told them about this, simply said "we know about this" but we got NO apology. VERY disappointing.

Great location, clean but slightly dated room, but lacking in some basics like facilities to make a hot drink - no kettle & no hope of getting one from reception despite asking & being told they would resolve it. Bar staff were pleasant & helpful.

We stayed for 6 days, I was a little tensed after reading the last 2 reviews also asked them to kindly not give us room 1121 and more than 1 towel and a bug free room , it was clean done cleaning daily with reasonable breakfast and very friendly /helpful staff , I have no complaints , would highly recommend , the plus was the location right in front of the tram station

***BED BUGS*** we stayed for 3 nights, the bed bugs bites all over from the first night. They changed our room, still bad bugs. Please avoid this garbage “hotel”. The staff is rude, no AC, the rooms are old , very dirty and on top we got bed bugs. We asked to talk to a manger they said come ask in the afternoon and that was all three days so we didn’t see a managers. They know they have a bed bugs and clean all these review from Google. Stay elsewhere…total disappointment

we have just returned from a 3 night stay st this hotel, we travelled for my birthday weekend to bordeaux, upon arrival all seemed OK, it was when we returned to the hotel after a day of sight seeing the issues started room 1121 smelt like a sewer, the smell was so bad it made my wife vomit multipe times, we asked at reception ti speak with a manager, however no managers work on Saturdays or Sundays according to "Leo and Pauolo" on reception who initially found our issues amusing with comments like " it's really not going to be that bad" I inveted Leo to see for himself and he refused, after 15mins of been told the hotel is full another room was offered, whilst this was acceptable the level of service was not! it took untill Monday 26th August at check out to finally speak to a manager who knew nothing of tje issues we had faced despite Leo "adding notes to our booking" 24hrs later and I'm still awaiting any form of update from this manger as promised, thus "hotel" Is run more like a hostel than a hotel owned by a global brand! this experience ruined both mine and my wife's experience. I wonder if the manager will honour their promise and make direct contact with me on the details I left on check out??
