We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Great staff, well located hotel. Lovely breakfast. Huge Room with rooftop views. Only complaint was as it was cold the sunny/ warm side of rooftop bar was closed. Manager advised it was due to only one bar staff . It didn't make sense that everyone was forced to sit in the cold. Regardless which table we sat at, still the same amount of people. Maybe next Spring, reserve half of each side so options are available. This obviously wouldn't be an issue in Summer. Other than that it was a great hotel.

Stayed there for 2 nights. The usual Mama Shelter hype of which I am not a big fan to say bluntly. Rooms are decent but the buidling feels like an office re-furbished into a hotel. There was no shampoo or conditioner and the soaps were really tiny. Breakfast was nice but the staff at the breakfast was really rude and unhelpful.

Just fine, but the vibe was a bit weird…

Honestly, everything was fine, but this was the horniest hotel I have been in, which made for a weird vibe to be there with family. The room was fine, but this whole place, like quite a few places in Bordeaux it seems, felt like it was trying to hard to go viral on tiktok. I refer here to the unrequested plastic masks and writing in lipstick on the mirrors…. Nice looking breakfast though. Roof bar was closed for private event the night we were there.

great hotel, nice staff, original decoration in the very centre of Bordeaux. Lots of great food opportunities but no need to leave the hotel for food. They serve great dishes at reasonable prices. the rooms are great & clean. Staff is nice & friendly.

This hotel is very well located within the Bordeaux pedestrian area just up from the cathedral. They do have limited parking and the staff were very helpful in navigating us through the traffic controls. The rooms were comfortable although a little small, and there was a fridge and microwave. Breakfasts were good and there was a pleasant roof top bar and restaurant. Hotel is very close to restaurants and shops and it is not too far to walk down to the main part of the old town.
