I can see that you paid an upgrade fee for an alternative room setup that was different from your original booking requirements. We understand your concerns regarding the additional charge and are sorry that this caused frustration during your stay. We are also very sorry if you did not receive complimentary bottled water in your room. Complimentary water should be provided in all of our rooms as standard, and we will be investigating why this was not available during your visit.
