Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we regret that several aspects of your experience left you disappointed. I can see that you paid an upgrade fee for an alternative room setup that was different from your original booking requirements. We understand your concerns regarding the additional charge and are sorry that this caused frustration during your stay. We are also very sorry if you did not receive complimentary bottled water in your room. Complimentary water should be provided in all of our rooms as standard, and we will be investigating why this was not available during your visit. We are concerned to read your comments regarding our team members. Providing warm, welcoming, and professional service to every guest is a core part of our standards, and we sincerely apologise if any interaction gave you a negative impression. We will investigate your claims with the relevant departments and use your feedback as part of our ongoing training and service improvements. We also appreciate your comments regarding the breakfast offering and the maintenance issues you experienced, including the drainage, water system, and carpeting. These concerns have been shared with our management and maintenance teams for review. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
