Amazing staff what a credit to your hotel! I booked paid for a homeless person to stay Xmas eve Xmas night until Boxing Day morning as no one should be sleeping rough Xmas night! You guys absolutely had the Xmas spirit compared to other local hotels your staff welcomed the guest I had paid for! Even allowed me to drop a Christmas meal for her at reception! Xmas night! While I do understand a hotel providing rooms for homeless is not the look a hotel wants I sincerely appreciate the hotel accepting this lady. Had it not of been for your staff she would of spent Christmas in a doorway for this I will continue to use your chain of hotels and will recommend you to friends and family that come up to visit Leeds! Your staff on the desk I can not thank them enough they are a credit to the hotel thank you once again for having staff that have a heart when it’s needed

This is possibly the very worst place I have ever stayed You are greeted by unfriendly staff really not interested in doing their jobs, me and my friend went to stay the night we showed up in the morning and explained we where at a gig during check in times and if we could check in at 2am that night. The staff said it was a 24 hour reception and it was fine and kept our bags. When returning they wouldn’t let us in our room! They said they’d sold it to a walk in. We sat in the lobby and noticed several others who where asleep in the lobby being refused their rooms and at one point there was 8 of us; with the staff blocking the lifts from people going to there room! Police where called 3 times and there time was wasted as staff was rude and winding drunk men up by swearing at them. Police where called many times because people where being “loud” when trying to look out for us two girls sat alone. When leaving the hotel after spending six hours sat in reception the night staff stuck their fingers up at us. Even if the staff couldn’t control the situation they should have at least been polite. Police where offered drinks but we wherent even allowed water!

Absolutely appalling! I booked and paid for a room for my daughter and her friend. They were going to a gig in London so using this hotel as a stop gap between London and home. They left their bags at the hotel at 9am and we're told it's a 24 hour reception so they could check in once back. They have arrived back at 3 am to be told that they have been classed as no shows and there room has been sold. So Ibis has left 2 young woman stuck in a lobby at 3am with no alternative. I have been trying to contact the hotel since 3.20am and there is no answer. They were also told the hotel has been trying to call them which is a blatant lie because my number is on the booking. I have been using Ibis hotels for many years and trusted they would keep my daughter safe but I shall never use this company again.

I would not stay here again

The room has the shower actually in it so if you have a family with you there is no privacy undressing for the shower.it is extremely basic.tv is tiny No kettle Plus no parking.Also not enough plug sockets

The reception staff were friendly, efficient and polite. Check in queue moved very quickly. Cleanliness of hallways were poor, dusty, rubbish along corridor and needed a hoover. Rooms are very very basic. Cleanliness wasnt not 100%. Dust and pubes in shower cubicle. Half a toilet roll in toilet. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet for the majority of our staff. Noise heard from other guest's coming back at 2am and 2.45am who talked loudly as they walked along the corridor. Toilet cubicle door was very noisy. Room was very hot and stuffy even with no heating on and window open. Would only stay again if there was nowhere else to book as the based location was convenient for town and the arena
