Your experience is not reflective of our standards, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced. We take guest safety very seriously, and I regret that the condition of the bathroom caused you discomfort. I will ensure our maintenance team addresses this immediately. Upon investigating your concerns, I did not find any reports regarding the shower not functioning, which unfortunately prevented us from addressing the issue during your stay. I apologize for this oversight and assure you that we are committed to improving our communication and responsiveness. Additionally, I’m sorry to hear that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! It’s wonderful to hear that you returned to our hotel after so many years, and that we could provide a comfortable stay for you and your children. We’re especially pleased to hear your compliments about our staff, particularly our breakfast buffet waiter who made your mornings special. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to them.
