Dear M. V, We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our rooms are equipped with a bottle of water in the minibar, as well as a combined body & hair shower gel and hand gel. Regarding the air conditioning, it operates on a centralized seasonal system. However, we understand the discomfort caused and sincerely apologize.
