However, we are sorry that the quality of the food did not meet your expectations and that you felt it was not in keeping with Novotel standards. Regarding the restaurant bill, we would like to clarify that an error was made: one meal amounting to €29.50 was mistakenly charged to your room. I personally processed the refund this week, and we sent you the corresponding receipt together with the invoice for your meal. The final amount was also higher because your order consisted entirely of à-la-carte items rather than a set menu. In addition, the wines selected by the glass were among the most expensive options on the wine list. All prices were displayed on the menus provided to you at the restaurant. We sincerely apologize for the billing error and for the delay in responding to your email of 5 August. We have taken your comments into account and will share your feedback with the restaurant team. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en bediening. Heerlijk genieten naast zwembad en tuin. Hondvriendelijk. Goed gelegen om Caen te bezoeken. Iers moeilijker om 's ochtends de hond uit te laten. (Weinig groen in de omgeving).

Fijne ontvangst en schone familiekamer. Er misten allleen handdoeken. Slechts een grote en een kleine voor 4 pers. Ik had even naar de receptie kunnen lopen dan was het vast zo opgelost.

Hebben er 4 nachten verbleven. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was inorde. Wij hadden bijgeboekt voor onze hond. Op de foto bij deze optie staat een nestje en twee kommetjes. Deze waren niet aanwezig bij het betreden van onze kamer. Wij naar de receptie, nagevraagd waar het nestje en de kommetjes zijn. “Dat hebben we niet mijnheer”. Hebben er niet gegeten voor middag of avond wegens zeer beperkte menu. Als je aan het zwembad zit komt komt zr niemand langs om eens te horen of je iets te drinken wil bestellen. Er is ook geen alternatief om te bestellen dus kan je niet anders dan naar binnen gaan om te bestellen. De dag van vandaag kan men dit oplossen via een bestelsysteem via QR code op de tafel.. Hangen buiten ook speakers, op geen enkele moment hebben we hier een leuk muziekje gehoord wat opzich wel fijn had geweest.

The image shown online is only illustrative. Concerning dinner, we are surprised by your comment, as our menu changes every day, offering different choices on a daily basis. At the pool, drinks orders are indeed taken only at the bar. However, we have taken note of your suggestion regarding a QR-code ordering system and will consider this for future improvements. We verbleven een nacht in het hotel als onderbreking van een lange auto reis. Dit was erg fijn, er waren wel wat taal barrières, niet al het personeel praat engels, maar iedereen was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het toilet gedeelte op de kamer was zeker niet proper. Dat is jammer want voor de rest was het hotel wel proper. 1 van de kelners in de avond was niet echt vriendelijk. Zijn manier van communiceren liet echt te wensen over. Ook weer heel jammer, want de meeste anderen waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wij hebben een week in dit hotel gezeten en waren erg tevreden. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren netjes en elke dag waren de bedden opgedekt. Ontbijt was goed, voor ieder wat wils en hebben meerdere keren in het restaurant gegeten wat ook goed was. Zwembad is verwarmt waardoor het ook lekker is om te zwemmen als het wat minder weer is. Al met al een keurige week gehad hier.

Mooie, trendy, grote kamer, grote douche, proper. Doch wel wat plekjes schimmel in de badkamer. Bescherming op matras was vervelend om te slapen. Wel proper en groot bed. Veel verluchting, veel oplaadpunten gsm, veel stopcontacten. Prima verblijf!!!
