직원 중 일부는 응대력이 부족합니다. 객실 체크인 루 욕실에 화장지가 없었는데 다음날 청소 후애도 여전히 없었습니다. 객실 전화는 프론트로 연결이 되지 않아서 직접 프론트에 가서 이야기 했지만 한시간 후에도 아무도 객실로 휴지를 가져다 주지 않았습니다. 결국 다시 내려가서 요청해서 받을 수 있었습니다. 그외 만족스러웠습니다.
