As mentioned during our discussion, we have taken measures to resolve the issues encountered in your room – including scheduling the replacement of the mattress and replacing the electrical sockets and USB ports. We have also reminded our team to offer guests room alternatives at any time, should they have a preference for a more traditional wall in the bathroom. We understand that first impressions matter, and while our façade is temporarily affected by renovations, we are confident the final result will be worth the wait and enhance the overall welcome experience for all our guests.
