Dear Lauren, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. Your comments regarding the outdated facilities and room assignment have been duly noted. A renovation of all our rooms is planned in the coming months. We are sorry if your requested to have a late check/out was not satisfied and if there was a miscommunnication with our staff, however we are surprised to hear that you were asked to leave the room by 10am as check/out time is at 12pm. We strive to provide a seamless experience for all our guests, and we regret that we fell short on this occasion. Rest assured, we will address these issues internally to enhance our service quality.
