We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our convenient location, the comfort of our rooms, and the warm and helpful welcome from our team. We are nevertheless sorry for the inconvenience caused by the mini-bar in your room, despite your repeated reports, as well as the temporary issue with one of our elevators and the breakfast replenishment. We also regret that you found it difficult to manage your luggage upon arrival. Please note, however, that our porters are available to assist guests with their luggage whenever needed, and we would have been pleased to help you upon arrival.
