My hotel in Paris! Great location, close to many Marais and other shops, helpful staff. Big rooms and bathroom. Very clean.

Close to Metro

The hotel is centrally located. It is walking distance from two different metro stops and there is a shopping mall right across from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants to choose from that offer different cuisine. We opted for the Executive Queen Room with a single sofa bed and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, however, as soon as you walked into the room there was a toilet but without a sink to wash your hands. If you needed to wash your hands or take a shower you had to walk to the other end of the room which did not include a toilet. The bathroom/shower situation was most definitely weird and throw us off a little.

Very good location for my business, good amenities gym and pool facilities . Very convenient for train station to the rest of Paris

Great location for families, but our room was a letdown

We visited for a 3-night family stay at the end of October and booked an “Executive” room. We knew there was construction and expected the exterior to look rough, but we didn’t realize the rooms would be in such poor shape. Ours seemed to be from an older, unrenovated stock: the carpet was old, dingy, and frayed; furniture was worn with noticeable stains; and the lighting was dim, leaving the space dark and depressing. Paint was chipped on walls, baseboards, and doors. We had a connecting room, and once it was unlocked, the connecting doors were visibly stained (I carry disinfecting wipes and felt compelled to clean them myself). On the plus side, the linens and towels were clean, the staff were friendly and seemed to do their best with the resources available, and the evening popcorn was a thoughtful treat for the kids. Do note there is noticeable construction noise during the day, which may impact naps or mid-day downtime. Breakfast was lackluster for the price—edible but uninspired. In my view, the hotel should either close during renovations or clearly differentiate renovated vs. older rooms at booking so guests can choose. Had that been clear, I would have passed. I sincerely hope all rooms receive a full refresh during the renovation. Bottom line: Fantastic location for families and sightseeing, but until renovations are complete (and you can be sure you’ll get a refreshed room), the value isn’t there.
