事前にソファベッドを利用できるようにお願いしたら、すぐに返事が来て「用意する」とのこと。 滞在中はそれぞれのベッドでゆっくりできました。景色もいい部屋がうれしいな、とリクエストをしたら、なんとサクレクール寺院が見える部屋。 今回の滞在中、サクレクール寺院での感動的な体験があったのは、このホテルが引き合わせてくれたのかも、と思うほど素晴らしいことが起こりました。 朝食もある程度種類があるので楽しめる。 スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

パリ中心部にあり、バーやレストランも多くとても便利。 スタッフも親切。 ただ滞在中、何度かルームサービスを取ったのだが、メニューの種類が少なく提供が遅かったことが残念。それから部屋の清掃が雑だったのと、水圧が弱く水はけが悪いのがストレスだった。宿泊料金に相応しい内容ではなかったと思う。

設備と価格が合わない。

Dear Atsushi M., Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles. I am truly sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the language barrier and the bathroom facilities. Unfortunately, we do not currently have team members who are fluent in Japanese, and I sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Please rest assured that our team always does its utmost to assist all guests, using translation tools whenever necessary to facilitate communication. Regarding your comment about the washlet, we fully understand how important this feature is for many Japanese travellers. However, this type of equipment is still uncommon and not yet culturally widespread across Europe, where most of our guests come from. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to install such systems in our rooms at present. We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback, which is very valuable to us as we continue improving our facilities and services for all our international guests. 立地が良いと聞き、宿泊させていただきました。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで優しく、午後に提供されるアイスクリームもとても嬉しかったです。 帰国してから忘れ物に気が付き、問い合わせたメールを2度送りましたが全く返信がありません。そこは残念でした。
