We are glad that our team, particularly Elena and Paulina, provided you with excellent service and assisted you in finding a room that better suited your needs. It is great to hear that you found the upgraded room comfortable and well-equipped. However, we regret that the initial room did not fully meet your expectations in terms of space. Your comments are valuable, and we will ensure that future guests are better informed about the suitability of our room categories based on their party size. Regarding the electrical outlets, we completely understand how this might have been inconvenient. Due to safety regulations in France, the number and location of power outlets are indeed limited, but we do offer extension cords upon request to help guests who require additional sockets. We are sorry if this was not communicated to you during your stay. As for the housekeeping issues you encountered, such as the lack of replenishment of toilet paper and water bottles, please accept our sincere apologies. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we have already shared your feedback with our housekeeping management to ensure better consistency in our service. We also appreciate your remarks on breakfast. While we are delighted that you enjoyed the freshly made pancakes, croissants, and egg station, we take note of your comments regarding the variety of juices and savoury options. We continuously strive to improve our offerings, and we will review your feedback with our food & beverage team. We also acknowledge that the restocking of certain items was slower on Monday morning, and we will reinforce our procedures to ensure a more efficient service at all times. We regret that room service was not available during your stay, and we understand that this might have been an inconvenience.
