The rooms are classical (old style) Ibis but really enjoyed the service of the staff. They recommended me places and beaches to visit and they were extremely friendly. The restaurant is a meat restaurant and you can smell the meat when you enter. So don't recommend it to vegetarians ... I'm not fond of meat but had a nice dinner there though... I would recommend the hotel for its location and free and secure parking.

Poor food & overpriced accomodation

Having stayed at a number of Ibis hotels over the last few years we have always found them to be of an acceptable standard. Unfortunately the room in Narbonne was considerably below the standard we have come to expect. The menu we were ordering from did not have much in the way of choice as some items had sold out and the breakfast was not as good as the one we had previously at the Ibis Budget in Mondeville. Will we be going back no my wife is looking to find a better alternative for our trip home in March.

We are truly sorry to read that your stay did not attend your expectations. Please be sure that this is an isolated case, and our priority is your satisfaction. We will be more than happy to welcome you again in March if you change your mind, so we will be able to prove to you that you can have a great time in our hotel ibis Narbonne. We stayed here on for our second night stop in France on our way down to Spain. This is very well located just off the motorway, ideal if you’ve had along drive. The hotel is great staff very welcoming, service outstanding. The rooms are small but fine if your just stopping for the night.lots of nice touches in the room, slippers and toiletries. Also what made it for us tea and coffee, in the Room. We asked at reception for some milk and were give a small jug of fresh milk. The restaurant is reasonable prices have the set menu, value for money. Also the hotel is dog friendly inc the restaurant. I’m sure we will be returning on our trip back.
