Extremely Pathetic Service. Nobody understand courtesy. Great Location though.

Pathetic service. No courtesy towards guest by any of the staff. Infact, I think they don't even understand or know what does courtesy means. They don't know how it works in hospitality industry. Expecially, the guards of hotel who always look for a way to fetch some money from you. Rooms are extremely small. Everything else was good. Location, internet etc.

Excellent 3-star hotel, with an enticing value for money ratio. The hotel premises are situated in a highly strategic position, not far from the airport (current fare by taxi 3000 FCFA max.) and really close to the lively areas of Marcory/Zone 4C and Koumassi. Both the PRIMA and Cap Sud shopping centres are within walking distance. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfy, completely aligned with the usual Ibis standards. Very good A/C. Powerful free WiFi. Local and international TV chains available, also in English language. A well kept medium-size outdoor swimming pool is available (hotel guests only), as well as a restaurant and a 24/24, 7/7 bar. Staff are polite, friendly and ready to help whenever needed. Throughout our stay my family and I felt very safe thanks to the effective security measures in place. Covid-19 prevention and protection protocols fully applied. This hotel has definitely become the basis for our future stays in Abidjan!

booked online, cancelled when things changed, rebooked the dates and when I arrived was assured that the online cancelled and gave my card again. Had a perfectly pleasant stay but a few days after I noticed on my bank statement that I had been charged twice - online by cci and at the hotel. There is nobody at Accor / Ibis to communicate with. The emails to the hotel account bounce back, and the website is a brush off. Do Not Book Accor hotels online!

The hotel seems to be same over the years and hardly any change I seen . Initially I found small changes but not worth to enjoy stay at this property. Breakfast specially is same every day. Nothing new

The environment was peaceful and beautiful. You can pay with cash or with your ATM without stress. The environment is clean and classy. It's somewhat expensive but in the end, you will get value for your money
