We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the smell in your room and in the breakfast area. Please be assured that we have carefully checked following your feedback and no odor was detected afterwards. It appears this may have been a temporary issue, and we truly apologize for the discomfort caused during your stay. We would also like to thank you for your loyalty through the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection program, which is very important to us. Regarding your reservation, you had initially booked a Superior Room and we were pleased to upgrade you to a Luxury Room, which offers slightly more space for added comfort. Concerning your room preference, we did not receive any prior request for a higher floor before your arrival. The only information indicated was your expected morning arrival and your wish to benefit from an early check-in. Based on availability at the time, we were able to reassign you to a room on the 3rd floor, and we regret that we were not able to accommodate you on a higher floor. Regarding the WiFi, a higher-speed connection is available for ALL members. As a Classic member, you should have had access to this benefit. Please do let us know if this was not the case, as we would be happy to look into it further. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable experience. Please note that this ballroom is one of the most historic areas of the building, and its atmosphere may differ from the other outlets of the hotel.
