O hotel esta muito bem cuidado. Equipe muito atenciosa. Nosso quarto (529) tem um espaço muito bom e, como uma sugestão importante para melhorar o conforto e circulação é encaixarem o sofá no espaço vago loco atrás dele entre uma lareira de decoração e a parede lateral. Estão desperdiçando um espaço ( um metro quadrado ) milionário sem contar que estéticamente esta sem sentido. A impressão é que o sofá foi feito maior que o espaço planejado e deixaram lá para não terem que ajustar o tamanho correto. Desvaloriza o ambiente. Me incomodou. Se este hotel fosse meu, corrigiria isto imediatamente. Outra observação, esta difícil de resolver, é não terem planejado, neste quarto, um walking shower. Ficaria muito mais confortável e espaçoso o banheiro. O café da manhã é bem servido.

Serviço globalmente ao nível expectável de um hotel de cinco estrelas, com a exceção do pequeno-almoço. A sala é desagradável e claustrofóbica, comprometendo claramente a experiência. Além disso, a seleção e variedade de produtos ficam muito aquém do padrão esperado para esta categoria, situando-se mais próxima da oferta de um hotel como o Íbis.

Eu fiquei muito feliz com a hospedagem . Já estive ano passado no hotel . Só achei que faltou água como cortesia . No café da manhã adorei o atendimento da funcionária Claudia , muito simpática . O restaurante é formidável e jantamos muito bem lá .
