Simply the best Ibis I have ever stayed in! 3 amazing days in this beautiful town, centrally situated, just perfect in every way. I had a 4th floor room with large balcony overlooking the Post Office building opposite. Breakfast very varied and plentiful. Highly recommend!

A nice and pleasant stay in Dijon, close to the City Center

The hotel is very well located in the City Center, easy to reach from the train station. The room was on the small side, but very clean - the bathroom is essential but well made, we really appreciated the spacious shower cabinet. The bed was extremely comfortable, so were the pillows. Breakfast very tasty, with a large variety of savoury and sweet selections. They serve freshly made orange juice thanks to a pressing orange machine located in the breakfast room. The hotel is quite and we slept perfectly for all our staying. The staff is kind and attentive. There is an area with a machine for drink water, as well as a selection to tee and hot water for all the costumers to use for free. I would recommend to book this hotel if you would like a pleasant and nice staying in Dijon.

Very pleasantly surprised by this Ibis - so much so, I stayed twice! Excellent front of house staff and comfortable bedrooms. Location is perfect for exploring Dijon. Breakfast is ok although very busy and not many gluten free options if you need that however, it’s definitely adequate considering the price point!

Beste place hotel in downtown Dijon Good breakfast , good joice and lot of places to site Room 306 small but ok for a short stay ,no minibar in the room Public parking on hotel door for Euro 11.-/day Good restaurant and Brasserie at the hotel Free watertank at the lobby

Ideal Location but a few issues

Firstly, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was great. The madeleines, especially, were fantastic. All of the staff at the hotel were very helpful throughout. As other reviewers have said, there is currently building work ongoing to the facade of the hotel. Whilst I don’t really care about scaffolding on an inner city hotel, loud drilling started before 9AM - for a HOTEL, I don’t think this is acceptable. The room we were in didn’t have a safe/security box - which we found really strange (it was the only hotel in 10 we’ve stayed at which didn’t offer a safe). The en-suite didn’t have an extractor fan in it - which meant that odours and steam from the shower didn’t escape quickly. The air conditioning system didn’t work within the room - we had to go down to reception on both nights for reception to manually override and lower the temperature. Overall, a lot of issues (although fairly minor), and ultimately we slept okay and enjoyed our breakfasts - hence the 3/5 score.
