Additionally, the convenience of our complimentary shuttle service seems to have been a highlight for you, and we are delighted to hear that. However, we regret to hear that the heating in your room was not up to expectations and that you found the number of usable plug sockets to be insufficient. We understand these aspects are important for comfort and convenience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We're delighted that you found our staff friendly and efficient during check-in and that our clean rooms with baths met your expectations. Our proximity to the bus station for easy access to the city centre is indeed one of the conveniences we are proud to offer. However, we regret to hear that the temperature of our meals did not live up to your expectations. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the busyness of the hotel transfer, especially under the unusual circumstance of a cancelled flight. We appreciate your understanding as these occurrences can sometimes be out of our control. Nonetheless, we're pleased that the overall cleanliness and amenities of our hotel contributed to a pleasant stay.
