Hi Chloe and the team are again excellent. We have stay these past 2 years as a group. Look for forward to staying again in 2026. Restaurants, rooms, reception are good. We enjoyed the restaurant and menu very much. Breakfast is always excellent.

Bad. Hot and uncomfortable rooms

Still same problem. Very Hot and stuffy . No air conditioning but would not need it as it was a gentle spring day. But also the ventilation did not work. Which caused the hotel to be hot hot hot. Uncomfortable night even with the window wide open

The staff is helpful and the hygiene regulation is well described. Sufficient parking spaces and easy to reach with car. However, we have booked a twin bed room but were given a double bed room, which is not a big issue still!

Hotel as such satisfactory for an overnight stay during a long drive with the usual good Ibis beds, BUT two things made our stay this time very disappointing: 1. We had dinner in the restaurant and the one of us having the Pasta Carbonara got diarrhea 7 hours later during the night, probably due to badly treated bacon - the course had a strange taste. 2. We were assigned a room with a broken bed table and lack of cleaning (plastic dirt on the floor and dirt under bed). When informing the reception of the broken bed table, we were asked if we wanted to change room, but why was this defect not already noted before such that the room was not assigned in the first place - there were probably only five rooms occupied that night. Normally, we get a customer satisfaction survey by email to fill out after our stays, but not this time. Had they already had feedback that the food was bad since not submitted to us this time?

Ottimo Hotel , nice position , It's good base for long trip . Service inside very good ..Restaurant Excellent .Nice Breakfast and very food quality . This hotel have very nice parking and very good wi-fi ..But the best it's very cleaning . Thanks
