Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I'm truly sorry to read that our services were not up to your expectations. Our hotel is currently under renovation in the common areas of the floors, and we should resort to the aging of our rooms with work planned by 2025. We have been working with the same company for a very long time on our room linen, and are very happy about it. The linen comes from their office and is also washed on their side. We are sorry if it didn't suit you, but it's true that this company serves all hotels in Lyon. Our goal being to bring you complete satisfaction, I see that we have failed this time and I'm sincerely sorry.
