old fashion, poor room, too expensive

the best was the friendly staff, all others were really poor and not recommended: all carpets at the floor (rooms, corridors, ..) were dirty and worn out. doors to the rooms are not complete closed, a gap between door and frame of 1 cm was open, windows are polluted, the entrance looks like a back door entry, the rooms are very small, they have no bedside table, only one electrical power socket (not possible to charge cellphone and notebook same time), breakfast is typical low level IBIS breakfast prices are much too expensive for the low performance

The hotel is well located for car travellers. Bus connection to the town centre is right in front. The overall condition of the hotel could need some freshen up. Breakfast was good, staff friendly. Strange mail after check out. The invoice was unreadable. Both directly in te mail, as the attachment.

Começando pelo funcionário que falava mal a língua do país em que estava, as camas inaceitáveis pois faziam curva no centro devido ao desgaste dos anos. A alcatifa do chão gasta e com bastante po acumulado a ponto de potenciar alergias. O pior Íbis que estive em toda a minha vida. Nunca pensei que podia existir um Hotel Íbis com uma categoria tão baixa. Sempre que viajo escolho preferencialmente um hotel Íbis e já me hospedei nos hotéis da marca desde o Brasil ao Paraguai, passando por Portugal, Espanha e França. Este foi sem comparação o pior Íbis de todos os muitos em que me hospedei ! Sem comparação

This hotel enjoys excellent transport links. The "periphique" is adjacent to the hotel and an excellent, frequent and cheap, bus service goes to Lyon centre from outside reception. That is the end of the good news. Rooms are spartan and breakfast poor value - unusually limited choice for price paid.

Very small rooms, rude people from the staff and way to expensive for the provided service. Staff was siting in the restaurant all day eating and nobody at the front desk, the chef of the restaurant was chilling out with his dog in the lobby being rude to guests. You can almost not believe it! rooms were like 28 degrees, which made it difficult to sleep.

We are sincerely surprised to note these problems related to the presence of a dog in our places dedicated to our customers, as well as the reception which always seems very positive by our regular returns.
