I would like to share my experience of staying at the hotel. I really liked the hotel's grounds, attentive staff and comfortable rooms. But I have to give a lower rating, as I did not receive attention to my request about the management of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel on November 11, we could not be checked into the hotel because there was no light and we were offered accommodation at the Hotel Campo Dell'Oro 4*. The next day we moved to the Sofitel Hotel and enjoyed our vacation. However, I did not receive a response to my request for a recalculation of the cost of arrival and a refund. I have repeatedly sent an appeal to the office. I understand the technical issues that may arise at the hotel, but I paid the amount for staying at a 5* hotel, not 4*

The location and generally the facility is very good but frankly I found unsatisfactory that the guests could only use the sauna and hammam at the spa center. Furthermore, you had to walk outside since the internal lift was not working and there was no relax area to use so you had to walk in the rain just to do a sauna and come back. Not good for an hotel of this standard and the price.
