Easy early check in after the overnight flight to Sao Paolo. Thank you to Lorrayne and the team on reception. Everything else was very good after that, from the excellent breakfast, sorting taxis to get us across town, through to mixing a caipirinha!

Alexandre makes really mean caipirinhas :) bar staff are really kind and nice, cocktails are amazing, good quality ingredients, great service 🎉🥳 you should try everything in the menu At the bar, it was a very nice experience for all my colleagues

We were served by Daniel. He was kind and attentive. Hé brought the eggs I ordered quickly. The breakfast was excellent; large assortment! The lady told us, on time, that the end of the buffet was near so we could still get something nice to eat. The juices were delicious !

Good I'm from Turkey I'm almost always staying at the Grand Mercure hotel, a very beautiful and excellent place with incredible rooms. In the coffee always a good service for us, but great admiration for Daniel very kind with a beautiful smile and a great service

Great dinner at hotel Grand Marcure’s Sena restaurant it was delicious! I ordered a ribeye steak, it was perfectly cooked. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you Daniel and Marquinho for the excellent service, your recommendations were excellent!
