After a tiring day yuti at the bar was so helpful. I wanted dinner at 8pm and no restaurant so he suggested room serve i was nervous with translation so he offered to take my order and give it to room service. What a great thing. It's hard as an American with an airline to travel to foreign destinations. Then I went to the front desk and Felipe and daney I believe was her name to help me figure out if I needed to charge to room or pay person a door. This was such a relief for me. Thank you staff for doing little.things that sometimes mean alot to a traveler. Dennis Richtet. AA flight attendant

Pullman Month’s time stay with international student program - Baret Scholars 🌎🇧🇷

Me and 55 other international students from the gap year program Baret Scholars were staying at Pullman for a month's time through October to November. Our year is conceptualised through visiting 7 different continents and their major economic sociopolitical centres and our rep. for LATAM was São Paulo. The day of our arrival we were welcomed with warm hospitality and the staff going out of their way to welcome us and truly make us feel at home even though most of us were as far as possible from it. Thank you Pullman and staff for making this wonderful year even more memorable. P.S. adding a common pool table would be cool. :)

Very very nice loved the staff and front desk especially Location pretty good Pool too small but very nice Key cards are pretty bad but front desk so nice Atmosphere standard enjoyable Rooms good maybe inconvenient cleaning times No noise so lush

My recent stay experience at this hotel was an average and this Pullman is not 5 star, 1) the rooms - 3/4 stars amenities, 2 water bottles only on day 1, and the rest days are chargeable iron is not provided and you need to request an iron and board which was limited the hotel, in a hurry I had to visit their dedicated location ironing station at basement with was also not functional while badly maintained. 2) business center, area to work - looked like a 3 star, no proper area available in the hotel to work on your laptop, i had to take my remote calls in a very noisy uncomfortable location. Only thing worthy of 5 star, the front desk staff and breakfast crew. Great breakfast as well. And thats it! Very dissapointed for a 5 star rated hotel, as a Accor gold member it was a surprise.
