Don't depend on WIFI

Hotel says they are concerend about the WIFI. WIFI is still an issue. WIFI in room drops or is extremly slow. You can try going to lobby and getting a better WIFI signal there but it still is an issue. There is no good area of the hotel for WIFI.

The entire staff at the Pullman Hotel in Ibirapuera is amazing! Great customer services and willing to help at all times. Big shoutout to Edward, Lucas, Paulo, Felipe, Graziela, and Karol, Julia, Karol, and even Marina. You guys made feel like a family while my staying in São Paulo. Thank you to all the stuff in the kitchen, restaurant, bar, and the doormen. Thanks for everything! I will come back soon… Raul Juarez

Wi-Fi is The Worst! If you need Wi-Fi look for another place to work and stay.

I stay at this hotel several times a month and have been using it for a couple of years now. My employer has chosen to make a contract with this hotel so I don’t have a choice as to where to stay. If you are coming here and need Wi-Fi do so at your own peril. It never fails, not ever that the Wi-Fi will go off or kick me off a dozen times a day. Many times when I’m in the middle of a video conference or trying to just work online. This hotel is always making small cosmetic changes to the lobby or other public areas, but what they need to do is invest in their Wi-Fi so people can actually work online. If internet is at all important you should find accommodations in another hotel. The other thing that is likely not to work is the AC in your room. Along with your room key. If you happen to touch your room key to your cell phone plan on returning to the lobby to get it reprogrammed. On the other hand the staff here couldn’t be nicer. They are always cordial, polite and very understanding as they are all too familiar with these complaints.

Hotel has very poor internet service/connection...no rely on it... Lot of excuses..but no solution... Tbey have been adviaed many times it seems no solution has been taken. Everything else ..average Pool very small..gym and food great..

Hotel is fine. Not as exclusive as other Pullman hotels in the world. Service good. Karol is super helpful and Fernando. But please fix your key card system. Had to ask for a new key card 7 times during my stay of 48 hours because it stopped working all the time!!!
