We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our location and the overall high standard of our services. We understand your concerns regarding the absence of a fridge in your room. This decision was made as we have replaced the minibar with micro-filtered water fountains located in the corridors for your convenience. We appreciate your comments on the terrace room design and the pool area. Your insights are valuable as they help us improve our facilities. We regret that the pool's dimensions and the availability of sunbeds did not meet your expectations. Space constraints limit our ability to expand these areas. Your observation regarding the pool steps is noted, and we are always looking for ways to enhance guest safety and comfort. Dishonesty about ‘deposit’

Dear Mrs Jones, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the deposit process and the delay in the reimbursement of the amount. As we have explained to you several times via email, the reimbursement timeframe depends on the banks. The maximum period is one month. We suggested placing a stop payment to expedite the situation, but we are confident in our procedure. However, we sincerely apologize for the lack of housekeeping and the inconvenience caused by the absence of cups and milk in your room.
