Bij aankomst ondervond ik dat alle parkeerplaatsen ontruimt werden voor het jaarlijkse kerstmarkt. De conciërge was heel behulpzaam met het parkeren van mijn auto in de hotel parkeergarage en het meenemen vanmiddag bagage. Inchecken ging super snel en ik was zo in mijn kamer. En fijne aankomst na een lange dag.

Alles klopt, de bar is fantastisch en ook het restaurant. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid, dus ook heerlijk. Veel soorten brood, cake en beleg. Maar het belangrijkste in dit hotel zijn de mensen, die maken het echte verschil!

Tegen meerprijs een luxere kamer gereserveerd. Betrof een invalide kamer die je niet verwacht/ niet wilt hebben tegen meerprijs. Beloofd uitzicht op tuin maar in werkelijkheid uitzicht op straat met bijbehorend geluid. Slecht doorgezakt bed. Prijs parkeren auto nog nooit zo belachelijk hoog meegemaakt.

I sadly discover doublon that through your notation one moment of your experience was not fully satisfying, especially at your arrival concerning the room. Please be assured that I have well noted of your preferences. Next time, I can suggest you our luxury room situated face to the Saint Pierre Le Jeune place. As more, I understand your disappointment regarding the parking, our price is slightly more expensive than some parking lots in Strasbourg but we can justify it with a trustworthy valet service and a very secured parking place located just under the hotel and accessible 24h a day. We thank you again for your comments, it contributes to our ongoing pursuit of excellence. Het onthaal was zeer vriendelijk en hadden een super upgrade gekregen van kamer. Guest service heeft ons begeleid naar de kamer dit was zeer persoonlijk. Kamers zien er zeer mooi uit alleen de badkamers wat verouderd. Ontbijt was goed maar beperkter dan andere Sofitel hotels. Parking is zeer duur 39 euro. Voor de rest top 5 sterren hotel in het hart van Straatsburg. We komen zeker terug.

heel attent en vriendelijk personeel. Pluim daarvoor. restaurant "terroir en co" , lekker,..... maar er is iets mis met de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

De ontvangst en het algehele verblijf was zeer luxueus en comfortabel en alles was naar wens te bestellen. De kamers zijn gezien de prijs wat aan de krappe kant (ruimte). Daarbij liep het badwater niet goed weg en maakte de gootsteen veel lawaai als de kraan open stond. dit had housekeeping kunnen laten verhelpen.

De ventilatie in kamer 216 was vrij luid, welk slapen bemoeilijkt. Accomodatie was net en verzorgd. Ontbijt en luch was aangenaam. Fijne en veelzijdige ruimte voor de conferentie.

Dit keer waren wij er voor onze trouwdag en dat is goed gevierd. Dankzij Myriam van Guest Relations was het weer onvergetelijk. Ik wil ook Laszlo bedanken die ons te hulp kwam bij een ongelukje. Maar iedereen is vriendelijk en behulpzaam in dit hotel, ook Pauline van Guest Relations en de dame die ons bediende in het restaurant, waarvan ik helaas de naam niet weet. Maar zij is kundig en vriendelijk. Het hotel zelf is ook zeer goed, mooie kamer en ruim. Toch zijn het de mensen die het maken.

Verblijf was prachtig. Prima service. Enorm goed gevoelen. Ontbijt op bed zalig. Enig minpuntje: bar food is niet in verhouding prijs / kwaliteit.

I immediately shared with your teams your comments. A real reward for all of us who love to satisfy our guests even more. Nevertheless, I see through your notation that several moments of your experience were not completely satisfying, especially regarding the breakfast, the fitness center and the size of your room. I understand your disappointment about the size of your room. Our hotel has been built in 1964 as the first Sofitel hotel in the world, that mean we must compose with this building and its configuration.
