Er was een dubbele boeking gebeurd voor 1 x kamer en ze hebben geen terugbetaling van aangeboden!

Dear Guest, We are sorry for the situation you experienced and fully understand your disappointment regarding this duplicate booking. After reviewing your reservation, we can confirm that two separate bookings were made through two different channels, one of them via Expedia. Both reservations were booked under prepaid, non-refundable rates, and we are therefore required to apply the terms and conditions that were accepted at the time of booking. Furthermore, this duplicate booking was only brought to our attention upon your arrival at the hotel and not prior to your stay. Unfortunately, this late discovery did not allow us to anticipate the situation or consider a commercial solution beforehand, as both rooms had remained blocked until your arrival. However, in our effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we upgraded you to an Executive Room while also accommodating your request for a quiet room. While we fully understand that the duplicate booking was an unintentional mistake, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund, including as a goodwill gesture, due to the applicable booking conditions and the circumstances under which the issue was brought to our attention. We are sincerely sorry that the absence of a refund contributed to your dissatisfaction with your stay. Nevertheless, we hope that the efforts made by our team during your visit were appreciated, and we would welcome the opportunity to regain your trust during a future stay in Strasbourg. Een fijne ervaring. Locatie is super, parkeren onder het hotel was een plus, ontbijt was goed ! Min punt was de airco. Geen airco in de kamer maar geen issue voor het temperatuur van april. Ramen open en dit was ok. Maar belangrijk om een goede airco te hebben tijdens de zomer.

Goedendag, Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaringen met ons te delen. We zijn erg blij dat u onze locatie, de ondergrondse parkeergarage met directe toegang en de kwaliteit van het ontbijt heeft gewaardeerd. Wat betreft de airconditioning: bedankt voor uw opmerking. Inderdaad, tijdens koelere periodes zoals in april is het systeem nog niet overgeschakeld naar de koelstand. We schakelen deze in tijdens het zomerseizoen om het comfort van onze gasten te garanderen bij hoge temperaturen. We zijn blij dat het openen van de ramen uw verblijf toch aangenaam heeft gemaakt. We kijken ernaar uit u binnenkort weer te mogen verwelkomen. Met vriendelijke groet

Kamer is simpel voor prioriteire kamer , douche is niet echt veilig , water loopt tot half D. badkamer. Ontbijt is redelijk toch zou beter kunnen
