Stanze datate, moquette ovunque e che emanava cattivo odore, anche nei corridoi, mobilio usurato, bagno piccolissimo con lavandino minuscolo e problemi di scarico per la doccia. Ottima la posizione e la qualità della colazione seppur non troppo varia, almeno per gli standard Sofitel di qualche anno fa.

Struttura datata, bagni maleodoranti, ho dovuto chiudere sempre la porta del bagno per dormire in camera, altrimenti la puzza di urina invadeva la camera. Pulizia discutibile, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovaro resti di cibo dei clienti precedenti nel frigobar della stanza , che è stato pulito dopo 2 giorni dal nostro pernottamento, dopo La nostra segnalazione al personale( abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti). Sala colazione piccola, la mattina bisognava aspettare che qualche cliente si alzasse per potersi sedere. Personalmente inesperto , ad eccezione dei ragazzi della consierge, molto disponibile e risolutivi .

La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta per visitare Strasburgo. Altro punto di forza è la colazione. Tanta scelta, qualità e servizio super (ti accolgono con un sorriso sincero). Ho usufruito anche della piccola palestra minimale ma utile. Unica pecca il frigobar in camera che richiede un deposito cauzionale di 100 euro a notte che mi sembra eccessivo.
