No es la primera vez que nos hospedamos en este sofitel y notamos que el hotel está cada vez más deteriorado, las alfombras, sillones, y demas mobiliario gastados tanto dentro como fuera de la habitación. La habitación cada vez que ingresabas tenia un olor espantoso, por las alfombras viejas del dormitorio. Es una lástima, ya que el hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de estrasburgo. El desayuno es de destacar, muy completo, la atención de todos los que trabajan alli en recepcion, estacionamiento y restaurante muy amables. Estuvimos las noches del 31 de diciembre en adelante, lo que mas nos sorprendió es que el hotel no tenía algo interesante para esa noche (tuvimos que ir a otro hotel para cenar y recibir el nuevo año) siendo un hotel de categoría hubiésemos esperado que el mismo ofreciera algo más que una cena por pasos. Dentro de todo la estadía estuvo bien, pero el hotel necesita un mantenimiento urgente si quieren seguir con la misma categoría.

Reserve la suite ópera por 1500€ por día Esa suite aún en temporada alta no vale ni La mitad , muebles viejos pésima decoración En otras palabras un verdadero abuso Nada que ver con la misma suite ópera de Lisboa Por ejemplo , el desayuno regular , los omelets pésimos , sin duda es un hotel de tres estrellas Y por cierto con una pequeña pista de hielo Cerca de todo y con un personal que hace lo mejor que puede , poco personal para atender Al público ,

Estuvimos en la suite ópera de 1500 € por día Muy amplia si , pero muebles viejos y sin decoración Alguna , lo mejor su terraza , el desayuno bastante pobre , los omelets mal preparados el resto del bufet limitado, la atención del personal bien pero nada que destacar o quejarse ,
