Atendimento exelente. Localizaxao maravilhosa. Cafe da manha ok, abaixo do padrao Sofitel. Academia pessima. Quartos pessimos. Nao e um Sofitel.

Your remarks regarding the gym have also been noted and will be taken into consideration. However, we are very sorry that the room did not meet your expectations. On the night of your arrival, the hotel was unfortunately fully booked, but we set aside two other rooms for you to visit the following day that might have suited your needs better. As instalações do quarto são maravilhosas! Equipe extremamente atenciosa. Manager foi muito prestativo ao me levar ao hospital após ter sofrido um acidente! Adorei o hotel e toda a equipe.

Localização muito boa, restaurante do hotel excelente, porém ocorreram 2 episodios que me deixaram extremamente incomodado. Primeiramente, estávamos em 2 adultos e 2 filhos no quarto com sofa-cama e o funcionario do Hotel adentrou no quarto para arrumar nossa cama, sem bater na porta e nós estavamos dando banho nas crianças. Um absurdo! O 2o episodio foi no dia que antecedeu nosso check out quando estávamos fazendo as malas no quarto e nossos filhos no sofa-cama, simplesmente ouvimos vozes na sala e tinham 2 funcionarios (1 homem e 1 mulher) que simplesmente entraram para conferir se a Housekeeping havia feito o serviço, mas em nennhum momento ouvimos alguem bater na porta. Enfim, um tremendo desrespeito e falta de privacidade.

Unfortunately, despite knocking, our team did not hear a response and mistakenly believed the room to be unoccupied. We sincerely apologise for this misunderstanding.
