From checkin onwards my stay has been amazing. Lovely large renovated room with pool view. Spotlessly clean. Even though it overlooked the pool it was quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were very welcoming and a special mention for Elissa on the front reception who always had a smile and a chat when it was quiet. Huge thank you to Lillian in housekeeping who made up my room most of my stay. Lillian always had a smile and being a local gave me ideas of where to visit and always asked how my day had been. Highly recommend a stay here.

部屋が古く、暗かった 2階で隣りの部屋のバルコニーのせり出しがあり、プール側の眺望がのぞめるはずでしたが、半分ほど塞がれる状態で外が見えず、遅くまでプールではしゃぐ宿泊者がうるさかったです。 早くから予約をしていたので、楽しみにしていましたが、快適なホテルライフとはいかず、残念でした

ラグーンプールを見下ろす清潔な部屋での滞在は快適だった。ただし事前に早朝の到着を伝えていたにも関わらず、チェックイン時に何の配慮もされなかったのは意外。適切な説明はなく、午後２時まで待たされた。できるだけ早く準備をしていただけるとよかった。 レストラン入り口スタッフ(女性)はフレンドリーで、朝の気分を明るくしてくれた。 朝食メニュはもう少しバラエティがあってもよいのでは。 プールは掃除も行き届き、家族連れが毎日楽しそうだった。次回は小さな子供たちも一緒に滞在したいものだ。

Lovely pool area. Swim up bar. Good organised kids activities. Pool view rooms are great. Would stay again. Only down side is staff can be lacking in the Moku Bar Area. Sometimes can be disinterested even when there are other customers. Overall though stay was lovely

My partner and I stayed at the Novotel for my birthday in April 2024. Our room was upgraded free of charge and we were met with a bottle of champagne and birthday cake in our mini fridge. The room was lovely, the staff were all really happy and willing to help whenever needed. Car parking was reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was great. Swim up bar was awesome and all the food we ate was amazing. A lot of vegan options which I was pleasantly surprised about! The only thing negative I would say is that my partner and I found the bed quite uncomfortable and both woke up with sore backs, of course this could be a personal preference thing but thought it’s worth mentioning. Also there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom which was a little annoying but otherwise everything was amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat.
