The hotel staff is quite helpful and professional whilst "the old wing" of the hotel is poor - basic and outdted in terms of furnishing and equipment, noisy as no soundproofness measures have been applied, and feels more like old Ibis, not Novotel. Probably the other wing is better but I did not try as was assigned to the old one. Complimentary taxi to the airport in the morning is though a good plus.

My stay at Novotel Airport Warsaw

I was first time here and I was really positive surprised. The hotel staff very attentive and friendly and the room was modern and nice design. The travel time to the airport just 5 minutes by car but you can easly walk and to the city center if no traffic just 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Close to the airport. Got upgraded to an executive room upon check-in. There's actually a fair number of decent restaurants walkable from the hotel, and a restaurant in the hotel itself, although I did not eat there. Reasonably sized room.

Very nice rooms with big comfy beds, excellent breakfast with lost of options for everyone. Very quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Close to the airport, well communicated with other parts of the city. Would book again if I had the chance!

Amazing hotel! Friendly team! Very pleasant and cozy place. Nice layout with a garden in the middle a a swimming pool. Very nice restaurant situated in the hotel. Everyone is so positive and always eager to meet clients requests. Special compliments to the Guest Experience Specialist lady named Alicija, who is very professional and pleasant person.
