Dear Baur, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our breakfast, pool, and comfortable rooms. We would like to clarify the situation regarding the payment at check-out. The transaction you noticed was a pre-authorisation, not a second charge. A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold placed on the card to verify funds and is not an additional payment. Once released by your bank, the held amount becomes available again. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused during your departure. We are also pleased to welcome families to our hotel. Many of our rooms can comfortably accommodate up to four guests (2 adults and 2 children). For families who prefer additional space and privacy, we are always happy to recommend booking two rooms. Regarding the room locations, we are sorry that your rooms were not assigned close to each other. Whenever availability allows, we always do our best to accommodate requests for neighbouring rooms, but unfortunately this is not always possible. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. In our hotel, slippers are included in our higher room categories as part of the additional amenities offered with those accommodations. However, we do keep dental kits, sewing kits, and other essential guest amenities available at reception.
