Good stay during our first visit to Warsaw. Conveniently located for a walk to old town square along the shopping streets. Lots of eating and cafe options nearby . Room has a great few of the city center . And are clean and spacious enough. Breakfast is good. The lounge is nice and serves a decent pizza . A good stay.

Very good facilities, staff and location - suitable for first time visitors to Warsaw. Location: Close to the Central train station, some major shopping facilities and various tourist needs in central Warsaw and a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Rooms: A good size for a standard room. US ports available at the desk and power points available by the bedside. Bathrooms with shower, vanities and modern conveniences. Beds are large and comfortable. Lighting is available in several locations in the room providing options for focus. A small desk is available for working from. Rooms are accessed by two groups of elevators ground -16 and 17-31. This allows a more efficient use of elevators than all six being available for all floors. The rooms are well cleaned each day. The TVs have several English speaking channels (although either news or business). Amenities: Novo 2 Bar and Restaurant is on the ground floor. While a good range of menu food and drink items are available, I found the service hit and miss - when on my own I could wait up to 20 minutes for drinks or to order food, while couples were served immediately. The service was friendly, and apologetic when they got it wrong. The toilets are on the other side of the hotel and require your key card - a bit annoying. The 24 hour gym on the 31st floor is good with cardio machines, free weights and cable machines. Great views from here. There are also saunas available. Massages can be booked for here. There is a ‘kids area’ tucked away on the ground floor with table games to keep them entertained. This area allowed noisy behaviour to be directed away from reception - thumbs up! The reception area is large and reasonably well staffed. There appear to be a number of staff in training - I like this commitment to skilling the next generation of hospitality staff and it deserves support. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of options including hot foods (eggs, sausages, potatoes, pancakes, toast, etc.), fruits and cold meats and cheeses, pastries, yoghurts and cereals. There are plenty of quality coffee machines, so the queues were never long. Most staff speak English. Constructive criticism: None. A good hotel that is well run and worth the price.

Great hotel and great location at centre of the city...lovely staff and great rooms and amenities....only fault is tv could do with having netflix to be able to watch what you want but apart from that its a great stay
