The disruptions you experienced during your rest period fall well below our service standards, and our team should have addressed the situation more promptly. Our staff is available around the clock to ensure guest comfort and tranquility. We deeply regret the extended waiting time and challenges you encountered at our restaurant. Our kitchen team strives to deliver meals promptly and maintain consistent quality for all guests. While we coordinate meals for group bookings, this should never impact the dining experience of other patrons. Regarding the accommodation fee structure, we aim to maintain transparent pricing across all booking platforms. Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you found the room to your satisfaction and that the comfort of the bed contributed to a good night's sleep. We regret to hear that certain aspects of your arrival and experience at the bar did not meet your expectations. Our parking fee and city tax are standard practice, although we understand that the way these charges are presented can significantly impact the guest's perception. Furthermore, it seems we missed an opportunity to provide a satisfying experience regarding our welcome drink, which is meant as a gesture of hospitality.
