Spent one night at this hotel as a stopover on our way back to England. We had a wonderful stay, great convenient parking in front of the property (gated), fast check-in, lovely family room with 2 bathrooms, spotless, comfy beds, free wi fi, nicely decorated although a bit dated. Breakfast was included in the rate and was good enough. Many thanks, will be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Novotel Budapest City! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always happy to assist with any questions or recommendations about the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is great—close to public transport and in a peaceful area, yet still convenient for exploring Budapest. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. A special thanks to the reception team for their professionalism and friendliness. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The rooms in the hotel are very spacious and well-equipped with all needed amenities. I enjoyed the great service and delicious food both during breakfast as well as dinner in the hotel's restaurant. Staff was always very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is wonderful, clean, and the rooms are huge. I would especially like to praise the waiter at the Lounge bar, David—very professional and kind. There is a gym, a pool, a sauna, a salt room, and a playroom for children. We will come back again.

Somewhat dissapointing, but convenient if you're at the conference center

A basic hotel, relatively small rooms with only the essential amenities. Everything feels a bit dated, but at least I had a clean room. The air conditioning does not work, and the window only opens for a few centimeters. Lots of people struggling with their key cards for the rooms and elevators. Breakfast is okay, maybe a bit more bread options (only white bread offered) would be nice. For the price I paid, I expected a bit more.
