However, we understand that, due to the surrounding tall buildings, our rooms do not offer expansive views. While our rooms are designed with comfort in mind, we recognize that there are differences in the amenities offered across our room categories. As you move up to higher room categories, the range of amenities provided increases. We regret if the absence of any specific amenities caused discomfort during your stay, as we strive to provide the best possible experience within the offerings of each room type. We also appreciate your understanding of our commitment to mitigate fire hazards and prioritize guest safety with a dedicated ironing room.
