Prijs-kwaliteit was zeker in verhouding maar het hotel is in mijn ogen eerder drie dan vier sterren waard. Van alle Novotel-hotels die ik al sinds jaar en dag bezocht was dit veruit het minst. Maar anderzijds hebben we het ook slechts enkel op doorreis gebruikt en dat opzicht voldoet het hotel wel.

We ervaren zeer vriendelijk personeel maar ook minder vriendelijk personeel. Zeker bij het restaurant vonden wij dit niet zo fijn. Moeite om de rekening op kamer te plaatsen, drinken dat niet goed werd bediend en we moesten een half uur wachten op een tafel terwijl er genoeg tafels vrij waren. Ook bij inchecken vond ik het niet zo vriendelijk gaan. Bij uitchecken was dit echter wel heel positief.

Er was geen parkeerplek beschikbaar, buiten het terrein was een wegsleepregeling van kracht. De de letterlijke woorden van de receptionist waren: als er iets is op ons terrein dan is het een hotel probleem, en buiten het terrein is het jouw probleem. 0 behulpzaam en reden om niet meer terug te komen.

Vriendelijk personeel, nette kamers. Goede locatie voor doorreis hotel naar Italië. Ontbijt prima. Communicatie via Booking.com app, snelle reactie. Fijn dat er een zwembad bij zit voor een plons na een lange autorit.

Service en ontbijt zijn goed, maar hotel en kamer is wat verouderd. Vuile tapijten overal. Mijn vrouw had veel last v. huisstofmijt. Zwembad is niet verwarmd, koud dus.

Ontbijt was prima, personeel vriendelijk, toilet was verstopt geraakt, zo ook een toilet van een andere gast op de hotelgang met als gevolg dat de hele gang blank stond en heel de vloerbedekking (ook in onze kamer) zompig van het toiletwater was.....

Goed hotel. Prima voor doorreis en waar wij hem voor gekozen hadden na een warme reis een verfrissend zwembad. Jammer dat die volledig in de schaduw lag en vrij beperkte afmetingen heeft. Ik heb wel eens beter gesitueerde zwembaden gehad van Novotel.

Net hotel met stille kamers en goede bedden. Ontbijt is netjes en verzorgd. Dinner in het restaurant is in prijs veel te duur bv een broodje hamburger voor €34,90 😢

On the website you mentioned that you have charging possibilities for EV cars, there is just one charger and that one was occupied. We left the hotel with an empty battery. It was really noisy in the hallway at 22:00 - 23:00. Children screaming, people making phone calls. The shower is only a small glass which means that the floor is full of water. Glass door in the bathroom means that the room is full of light in the dark.
