Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered with the bathroom, as well as the unpleasant odor in your room. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments regarding the empty shampoo, cleanliness, and toilet flushing have been forwarded to our housekeeping team to prevent such occurrences in the future. Regarding the cigarette smell and the associated fee, we understand your frustration.
