Nice hotel located near the airport. Great option to parc your car for 15 days at very low price. A shuttle/taxi will take you to departure hall. Very recommended. The price, service and location is very good.

Booked a park, sleep & fly room. Upgraded to a family room. Received welcome drinks for the 3 of us. The room and mainly bathroom were renovated. Comfortable queen size bed and sleeper sofa with 2 single beds for our son. Only negative remark is that we couldn't board the airport bus as it was full (coming from the Crown Plaza) and we had to wait for another 20 minutes for the next one. Scrambled to board as about 10 other customers wanted to board at the same time ..

The airport bus stop you on the street. Platinum recognition is really at the minimum level. After a week the points are not credited yet and hotel doesn't seem in the rush to reply to email. Basically one of those old style airport hotel...nothing bad, nothing great ...and not even a competitive rate.

We stayed in this hotel as a family for three nights.. The hotel is well equipped and cleaned generally.. The staff is kindly and helpful.. The breakfast is ok.. Not too good or bad.. The room is little bit small and furniture is not good quality.. Especially bed.. It’s not comfortable..The hotel is located far from everywhere but the parking is not free of charge.. It’s rural area and parking cost is 15€/per night.. Are you curious! We used the village’s parking which is located next to the hotel.. It’s free from 18:00 to 09:00..

As I had an early morning flight I booked this hotel for a night. Parking for a night was 12€, which is expensive, as I didn’t leave my car there during my trip. I booked another parking at the airport. So 12€ for overnighting the car is to much. Restaurant was closed but you could eat at the bar. Hamburger, fish and chips… Not what I expected

Novotel is my go to hotel before flying home from BRU. Closest hotel to the airport (Sheraton is only hotel directly on airport), a few minute ride via free shuttle bus that's shared with the Crowne Plaza down the road. Free shuttle runs every 30 min from 0600-approx 2300 Mon-Fri. I didn't use services at hotel but saw restaurant not open, assume bar also closed right now. There is a pantry set up in the lobby with pre-packaged snacks, sandwiches and an assortment of beverages. Room is fine for short stay with mini fridge and complimentary bottle of water. There are public busses running outside the hotel into Brussels or to train station. I take free shuttle back to airport for train into the city.

Good night's sleep before the start of the trip. The room was spacious, tidy and all necessary bath products were provided. We were taken to the airport at 4 o'clock in the morning with a free taxi (because the shuttle bus only starts at 6 o'clock). Great service!!!

Nice hotel, good location but… Poor welcome: waiting very long minutes (with a visible leg pain), during a phone call of the "welcome" desk clerk who did not care at all… not a word to apologize after hanging up. He obviously did not care… unacceptable behaviour in this hotel category..

Bad evaluation because they give me a room already with a customer inside the room ... And in the actual period this should not happen ! No feeling that I was welcome despite my Diamond level ...... really disappointing. !

Unpleasant stay

We ordered a superior premium room with double bed room and we got room # 408 which is a regular superior room. When we complaint about that, we has been told that the premium rooms are not available. In the room that we reserved was supposed to be equipped with a coffee / tea facility and a coffee machine. In the morning, at 04:00,I went down to the front desk and I asked to have 2 coffees. The lady from the front desk wanted to charge us 6 euros for the coffees!!! I told her that the coffee was supposed to be in the room and I don't understand why she want to charge me. Than she told me that she will me a favor by not charging me for the coffees. Furthermore, the shuttle to the airport was not available and I paid 35 euros for the taxi. I got a downgrade room instead of getting an upgrade room as Accor silver member.

Convenient Location but quite noisy

Rooms are a little dated in comparison to other Hotels in this chain. Food was fine and check out was smooth. Had checked in online however my cc hadn't come through to my booking so had to resubmit it. Has always worked before from the app so didn't know why not here. Biggest issue with this hotel is that you will not sleep due to the proximity with the airport. Although I had requested a quiet room and I was facing the courtyard the DHL planes taking off from 1:30am & 5am will keep you awake. Nothing the Hotel can do about this but as I like my sleep I will not be back here.

Average stay at one of the first Novotels outside of France. good reception, no upgrade received (Gold status) so I ended up in an average room. Shower worked fine, quiet night (2 x double glazing). The bed had a bump in the middle and the overall comfort was even below average (to hard).

As always the reception staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable and its really good you can open the windows. However, the food has not improved, they still maintain 2 separate tiny menus, one of the bar and one for the restaurant, they both have about 18 starter/main courses of which 4 or 5 are the same plus some deserts. The Bar and Restaurant are 20 meters apart but you can't have the restaurant food in the bar, hence wanting a salad and there being only 1 I had to sit in the restaurant which has all the atmosphere of a morgue. Anyway I ordered the Caesar salad and bottle of water. Some bread rolls arrived without butter and when I asked the waiter seemed to be surprised, butter duly arrived. Then my salad arrived served in a nice looking bowl but its is far too deep, I am 1.82 metre tall but I struggled to eat from the bowl. However that was not the biggest challenge. The salad bowl was warm and the plate it was standing on was hot to the point I could hardly touch it. I called the waiter back and he seemed genuinely surprised this was problem. He wanted to explain it was just radiated heat from the plate, eventually he grudgingly offered to change the bowl. I then made the mistake of wanting so add some salt and pepper, the 2 grinders on my table were empty but so where those on the tables either side of me. I ended up walking around the restaurant looking for Salt and Pepper with the staff just looking on. This hotel has a proper kitchen but just doesn't want to use it. A disappointment and I will go back to staying elsewhere

nice hotel. nice room which is very clean. Bath spaceful. Breakfast very good. A big selection. parking in my eyes too expensive but you do not have a chance to find near by a parking space where you pay nothing. when you book via Accor and you use your points than check the bill as in my case they forgot to take away that money. I discover only half day later. However they gave back the money without any discussion.

Ideal park, sleep & fly

Close to the airport and now sharing a larger shuttle bus with the Crown Plaza, the Novotel got even better as a park, sleep & fly option. Also, the parking is now free for 15 days (used to be 7) and therefore attractive during holiday period. I stayed in a renovated ground floor room with bathroom doors opening towards the bedroom. There is a bath and shower, the room is large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (sleepsofa). Great price/quality offering!

I found several lights on in my room when I arrived around 9pm. Your amenities are also wasteful. Other hotels have gel and shampoo dispensers in the shower. The coffee was not complete and one of the nights I stayed there was no water in the fridge. Attention to detail of room items could be better, but really no complaints.

Very friendly personnel, with nice and clean rooms and good beds. Also the Bar is nice/very good to drink. Location is close to the several offices and 1,5 up to 2 km from Zaventem centre, so you can easily walk this. For improvement: Evening diner (quality/taste/..) and parking spot for cars too narrow for each car. As also not logical structured.
